about the founder
I believe design is organic, human, nature & fluid and there is no process, method or methodology that will solve all your problems.
Pieter den Heten is an experienced design leader and practitioner with over two decades’ experience working in technology and advertising. Supporting and leading cross-functional teams and designing digital experiences for humans.
Following human-centred design principles, he specialises in inclusive service- and experience design using a participatory design (co-design) approach. In addition, he has a keen interest in trauma-informed practice.
Being unapologetically autistic, Pieter has a unique ability to see challenges and opportunities from multiple, unorthodox angles.
He has worked as an instructor with General Assembly and Academy Xi and is an active member of several industry-related boards and committees.
